Salary: Up to £45,000 + Enhancements

About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Scrub Nurse or Surgical First Assistant with strong orthopaedic experience to join a leading Private Hospital in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regarded theatre team that delivers exceptional surgical care and maintains outstanding clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective scrub support for a range of orthopaedic surgical procedures
• Undertake SFA duties where required, supporting the surgical team throughout procedures
• Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical practice
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary theatre environment
• Contribute to ongoing service development and clinical excellence

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (NMC) or Operating Department Practitioner (HCPC)
• Proven experience in orthopaedic scrub and SFA duties
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work autonomously within theatre
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
