About the Role

As a optical assistant, you will:

• Provide personalised, clinically focused dispensing
• Guide patients through frames, lenses, and tailored visual solutions
• Deliver excellent communication, care, and aftercare
• Work closely with our optometrists to ensure smooth clinical journeys
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and patient care
