Salary: £42K–£45K + OTE £55K

Location: Guildford (covering Guildford & Woking)

What you’ll be doing:

⮕ Leading quality home care delivery

⮕ Conducting client assessments & care planning

⮕ Managing, mentoring & developing care staff

⮕ Ensuring CQC compliance & leading inspections

⮕ relationships with families & professionals

⮕ Overseeing rotas, recruitment & performance

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a Deputy Manager or Care Manager
• Strong leadership & organisational skills
• Good knowledge of CQC standards
• Someone who genuinely cares about delivering high standards, leads from the front, and understands what “good” looks like in home care
• Passion for delivering exceptional care
