About dotslash
dotslash is a fast-growing start-up dedicated to transforming enterprise IT. Founded by industry leaders with a track record of building and scaling successful businesses, we combine deep expertise with fresh thinking to help organisations move from firefighting to intelligent, autonomous operations.
Our proprietary Service Operations Framework is at the heart of everything we do. It’s a 7-layer blueprint that guides enterprises through the maturity journey from Establish → Enhance → Evolve, ensuring technology, people, and process work together seamlessly.
We’re proudly independent and vendor-agnostic, but we work closely with cutting-edge partners like HALO ITSM, BigPanda & Dynatrace to bring the best AIOps and ITSM capabilities to our clients. Joining dotslash means being part of an ambitious team where creativity, collaboration, and impact thrive.
The Role
We are expanding our development hub in Glasgow and are looking for an ambitious Junior Technical Architect to join the team. This is a rare opportunity for someone with foundational experience in ITSM platforms to rapidly accelerate their career.
You will be enrolled in our fast-track training programme, designed to elevate your technical and consulting skills, with a clear trajectory to significantly increase your earning potential within your first 12 months. You will work closely with our senior delivery team to design and implement robust Service Operations solutions. Please note: to facilitate intensive mentoring and team collaboration, this role is fully office-based in Glasgow.
What you’ll do
- Technical Delivery: Assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of solutions using ServiceNow or Halo ITSM across 1–2 concurrent enterprise projects.
- Architecture Support: Work alongside Senior Architects to translate business requirements into technical blueprints aligned with our Service Operations Framework.
- Fast-Track Development: Actively engage in our intensive training programme, rapidly upskilling in broader ecosystem technologies and enterprise architecture principles.
- Client Engagement: Participate in technical workshops and assist in presenting solutions to technical client side stakeholders.
- Best Practices: Contribute to the continuous improvement of dotslash’s technical accelerators and deployment methodologies.
What we’re looking for
- Experience (Preferable): 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a technical role, specifically configuring, developing, or architecting solutions within ServiceNow or Halo ITSM.
- Presence (Essential): This role requires you to be in our Glasgow office Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00. Please note that remote or hybrid working is not offered for this position.
- Technical Aptitude: A strong foundational understanding of ITSM workflows, platform integrations, and IT operations.
- Ambition: A highly driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to commit to a rigorous 12-month development pathway.
- Right to Work (Essential): Must be a UK resident; we are unable to provide sponsorship or visa support at this time.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: £50,000 starting salary.
- Fast-Track Progression: Expected earnings of £70,000 – £80,000 after 12 months, contingent on performance and successful completion of the training programme.
- Leave: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Growth: Unrivalled opportunity to accelerate your career by working on cutting-edge enterprise projects alongside proven industry leaders.
