Senior HSE Engineer

Initial 12 Month Contract

Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey – 3 days per week in office, 2 days per week working from home

Outside IR35

A Senior HSE Engineer is required to support on a large Energy Transition project based in Teesside, you will be working from the Surrey office to support the project.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working for an IMCA contractor and have a strong knowledge of offshore related projects

You will work within a Project HSE Team of 7 personnel to ensure the correct development, implementation and monitoring of the project safety management system throughout the NEP / NZT (Carbon Capture) Project as well as future Projects.

• Subcontractor Management and Evaluation including Supplier Document Register
• As the Senior HSE Engineer, you will develop and maintain Project Deliverables
• Lead Risk Management Process
• Facilitate HSE Readiness Reviews
• HSE Contract Administration
• As the Senior HSE Engineer, you will ensure compliance with Contractual and Regulatory Requirements
• Plan and conduct Internal HSE Audits
• Lead Investigations
• As the Senior HSE Engineer, you will maintain and coordinate Country Emergency Response Team

What are we looking for?

• Education: Degree level Qualification as well as HSE Qualification i.e Nebosh
• Experience: Proven experience working for an IMCA contractor.
• Certification: Auditor and investigation certification.
• Technical Knowledge: IOGP and IMCA standards
