Hiring: Project Quality Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Project Quality Manager to support the delivery of a commercial warehouse construction project in Basildon. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring quality standards are met across a major industrial build.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of all quality-related activities on-site, ensuring compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all QA/QC activities across the project
• Develop and manage the Project Quality Management Plan
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards
• Oversee inspections and ensure works meet specifications
• Manage non-conformances and drive corrective actions
• Review ITPs, method statements, and quality documentation
• Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Promote a strong culture of quality across the site

What We’re Looking For

• Lead Auditor qualification or Degree/Diploma in Quality Management
• Engineering background (preferred)
• Strong experience in construction quality management
• Experience delivering commercial or industrial projects (warehouses, logistics, manufacturing, etc.)
• Solid understanding of ISO 9001
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
