About the Role

This role is responsible for supporting compliance with global and local procedures, policies and applicable UK and Irish regulations by applying the processes defined within the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS).


Who You’ll Work With

You will report directly to the Quality Lead for the UK & Ireland and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the affiliate.


What You’ll Do

  • Support the implementation, execution and ongoing maintenance of the Quality Management System, ensuring quality records (e.g., deviations, change controls, complaints) are created and processed within the appropriate electronic systems
  • Identify gaps in quality processes and recommend suitable Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs)
  • Ensure CAPAs are initiated, monitored and completed within agreed timelines
  • Track, analyse and trend quality system data and key performance indicators
  • Prepare, review and approve batch documentation to enable timely QA disposition of medicinal products released to the market
  • Generate Annual Product Quality Reviews in line with internal procedures and schedules
  • Coordinate the stability program for locally managed products
  • Support the planning and execution of the affiliate’s annual self‑inspection program
  • Contribute to periodic Management Reviews of quality systems and procedures


What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy)
  • Previous experience in a pharmaceutical quality role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to see tasks through to completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy, diligence and attention to detail
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
