About the Role

We are working on behalf of a well-established and growing engineering organisation based in Buckinghamshire, who are looking to bring on a motivated Graduate Electrical Engineer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment, working on a variety of exciting projects across design and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of electrical systems and components
• Support senior engineers with project delivery and technical documentation
• Produce and modify engineering drawings using CAD software
• Participate in testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• Ideally some experience or familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
