Production Technician – 12‑Month FTC | Milton Keynes

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading healthcare manufacturing operation right here in Milton Keynes, supporting the production of sterile products that make a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in aseptic manufacturing and environmental monitoring while ensuring full compliance with GMP and SOPs. Your day‑to‑day could include:
- Aseptic preparation and production of sterile products
- Daily environmental monitoring in cleanroom and controlled areas
- Accurate completion of batch and GMP documentation
- Supporting Quality System activities, including deviations and CAPAs
- Participating in COSHH safety assessments
- Maintaining cleanroom readiness through routine cleaning
- Cross‑training to support additional operational areas when needed
- Contributing to monthly safety audits
- Escalating facility issues to supervisors promptly
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need pharmaceutical experience — but being meticulous, reliable, and eager to learn is essential.
Experience & Knowledge
- Pharmaceutical or cleanroom experience — nice to have, not essential
- Background in manufacturing beneficial
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with GMP & SOPs (advantageous)
- SAP or ERP system experience is a plus

- Proactive, collaborative, and quality‑focused
Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English, Maths, Science preferred
- Strong written and spoken English
- Interest or knowledge in scientific or sterile manufacturing processes welcomed
