Job description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Revit MEP Coordinator to join a growing engineering consultancy in Manchester on a hybrid basis.
This role offers the chance to work on a range of high-profile projects across the pharmaceutical, healthcare and laboratory sectors, supporting the delivery of coordinated BIM models and technical design information within multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing and maintaining Revit BIM models for building services projects
- Coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models across project teams
- Supporting the delivery of pharma, healthcare and laboratory projects
- Managing model coordination and clash detection processes
- Ensuring BIM models meet project standards and client requirements
- Collaborating with mechanical, electrical and structural teams
- Supporting the development of BIM workflows and coordination processes
- Producing technical drawings and design documentation
Requirements
- Upwards of 3 years’ experience as a Revit MEP Technician, BIM Technician or BIM Coordinator
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows
- Experience working within building services or engineering consultancy environments
- Experience in model coordination and clash detection
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and project delivery processes
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary design teams
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Experience working on pharmaceutical, healthcare or laboratory projects would be beneficial but is not essential.
