Revit MEP Coordinator

Job description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Revit MEP Coordinator to join a growing engineering consultancy in Manchester on a hybrid basis.

This role offers the chance to work on a range of high-profile projects across the pharmaceutical, healthcare and laboratory sectors, supporting the delivery of coordinated BIM models and technical design information within multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Producing and maintaining Revit BIM models for building services projects
• Coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models across project teams
• Supporting the delivery of pharma, healthcare and laboratory projects
• Managing model coordination and clash detection processes
• Ensuring BIM models meet project standards and client requirements
• Collaborating with mechanical, electrical and structural teams
• Supporting the development of BIM workflows and coordination processes
• Producing technical drawings and design documentation

Requirements

• Upwards of 3 years’ experience as a Revit MEP Technician, BIM Technician or BIM Coordinator
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows
• Experience working within building services or engineering consultancy environments
• Experience in model coordination and clash detection
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and project delivery processes
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary design teams
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Experience working on pharmaceutical, healthcare or laboratory projects would be beneficial but is not essential.
