⚡ Approved Electrician (Exeter) | Immediate Start | £27 p/h ⚡

Looking for your next contract role with great earning potential and consistent work? We’re hiring an Approved Electrician to support essential compliance projects across the Southwest.

Location: Exeter (field-based across Devon & Southwest England)

Rate: £27 per hour

Contract: 3 months (with strong potential to extend)

The Role

You’ll be working across a range of industrial and commercial environments—including quarries, breweries, and healthcare sites—delivering high-quality inspection, testing, and remedial works.

Expect a mix of site-based work, travel, and the chance to maximise earnings through overtime and weekend shutdown projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Electrical inspection & testing to BS7671
• Emergency lighting and equipment testing
• Carrying out remedial works
• Working to strict safety and compliance standards
• Travelling directly to client sites across the region

✅ What You’ll Need

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition (BS7671)
• AM2 / full apprenticeship
• ECS Card
• Strong experience in commercial/industrial testing
• Full UK driving licence
• First Aid, Asbestos Awareness & recent Basic DBS (within 3 months)
• City & Guilds 2391 (desirable, not essential)
