Responsibilities Include:

• Leading the initiation, planning, and closure of projects.
• Managing day-to-day operations to maintain a safe and profitable environment.
• Coordinating operational teams, departments, and resources.
• Maintaining high levels of customer service.
• Communicating client needs and ensuring compliance throughout projects.
• Implementing process improvements and quality objectives.
• Liaising with clients to identify project requirements and objectives.
• Creating and maintaining project documentation and reports.
• Ensuring HSE, commercial, and technical compliance.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Strong motivation to drive measurable company growth.
• Previous experience in project delivery.
• Degree/qualification in a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD experience advantageous.
• Knowledge of quality systems like ISO9001.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
