Quality Engineer – Manufacturing (Bournemouth)

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum

Location: Bournemouth, UK

Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Bournemouth, is looking for a skilled Quality Engineer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about ensuring product excellence and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality processes and standards across production.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Collaborate with production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support compliance with ISO and other relevant quality standards.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing Quality Engineer role.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across teams and departments.
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus
