Lead Mobile Engineer - £85k | FinTech/ Banking | Android, Kotlin | Leeds/hybrid

About the role:

Provide technical and people leadership

Remain hands by working with Android, Kotlin and overseeing mobile architecture patterns in AWS environments.

Collaborate with the wider tech teams including the iOS lead, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers and Software Engineers.

Required Skills:

Proven experience leading Mobile teams from a technical and people leadership capacity.

⚙ hands-on experience with either Android (Kotlin)

Champions engineering excellence through code reviews, best practices, and clear, collaborative communication.
