Job description

• Strong experience in Organizational Change Management for largescale programs
• Handson experience supporting AI digital data platform transformations
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Proven ability to manage resistance and drive behavior change
• Experience working in onsite clientfacing consulting roles
• Exposure to AI GenAI Analytics Automation initiatives
• Understanding of AI adoption challenges ethics and change implications
• Ability to bridge technical AI concepts and business impact
• Familiarity with OCM frameworks Prosci ADKAR Kotter or similar
• Experience with collaboration and enablement tools
• Experience working in Agile hybrid delivery environments
