Maintenance Technician (Handy Person) – Kensington, London

£30,000–£33,000 | Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

With a site in Kensington, this is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to become part of a team that takes real pride in the buildings they care for.

The Role

You’ll play a key part in keeping this dynamic office environment running smoothly, taking ownership of day-to-day maintenance and repairs across a range of disciplines, including:

• Basic plumbing (changing taps, washers, minor repairs)
• Basic electrics (changing bulbs, sockets, plugs)
• Carpentry and joinery (hanging doors, replacing skirting, small fixes)
• Painting and decorating (patchwork, touch-ups, light refurbishment work)

You’ll also ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with Health & Safety regulations, helping maintain the high standards that make these sites such an attractive and welcoming place to work.

About You

• Experience in a similar maintenance or facilities role, ideally within commercial or multi-site environments
• A hands-on, can-do attitude and a strong sense of pride in your work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, organised, and happy to roll up your sleeves when needed
