Job Overview:
Role: Legionella Remedial Plumber - South
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Location: London
Role Responsibilities:
- You will carry out plumbing tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8.
- Act as an ambassador for client while visiting customer sites.
- Take a variety of water samples from multiple sector properties and document these in accordance with the Water Technical Manual guidance.
- Complete and submit all documentation related to work carried out in a timely manner, including following up on any paperwork connected to customer queries.
Required Qualifications:
- Experienced Commercial Plumber within the FM sector.
- Experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring or Water Treatment is desirable.
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing .
