About The Role

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager to accelerate our growth in the Fixed Installations market across the UK & Ireland.

In this role, you will be responsible for aggressively developing new business, expanding our footprint, and positioning INFiLED as a key player across strategic vertical markets such as corporate, retail, control rooms, broadcast, transportation, and public spaces.

You will work closely with AV system integrators, consultants, and key end users, driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value projects. This is a high-impact role for a true sales hunter who combines strategic thinking with a strong execution mindset.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development with a strong focus on winning new accounts and projects within the fixed installation LED screens market
  • Identify, target, and penetrate key vertical markets (corporate, retail, control rooms, broadcast, transportation, public sector, etc.)
  • Build, develop, and manage a high-value network of AV system integrators, consultants, and strategic partners
  • Proactively generating and qualifying leads, turning opportunities into revenue
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Position INFiLED solutions as a premium choice through impactful presentations and client engagement
  • Develop account strategies to grow revenue within existing and new customers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines to stay ahead of the competition
  • Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline, ensuring reliable forecasting




Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales success in the AV industry (LED experience is a strong advantage)
  • Strong track record in new business development and closing high-value deals
  • Solid network within AV system integrators and/or fixed installation ecosystem
  • Deep understanding of one or more vertical markets (corporate, retail, control rooms, etc.)
  • Highly results-driven, with a hunter mentality and strong commercial instinct
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and deliver under pressure
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ambition to grow with the company
