This is a rare opportunity to join a newly created Endourology division within a rapidly expanding medical device organisation - with a clear progression pathway to National Sales Manager within 12-18 months!

THE ROLE

  • You will be responsible for winning new business, driving market share, and establishing this portfolio across NHS and private urology centres throughout the South of England.
  • Lead strategic business development activity, identifying high‑value opportunities, securing new accounts
  • Positioning a competitively priced, clinically strong product range.
  • The role involves working closely with urology consultants, specialist nurses, theatre teams, procurement and KOLs to drive adoption and long‑term partnerships.
  • As the first hire in this division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping commercial strategy, supporting product launches, and building a strong presence in a fast‑growing clinical area.
  • This is a high‑autonomy, high‑impact role with genuine career acceleration.

REQUIREMENTS

Due to the specific nature of the products we are looking for urology candidates ONLY:

  • Must have experience in urology, endourology or endoscopy specialities
  • A strong track record in medical device sales, business development and clinical engagement
  • Driving licence

THE PACKAGE

  • Basic Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
  • Commission: £24,000 - £35,000 uncapped!
  • Car Allowance: £625 per month
  • Benefits: Pension, 25 days holiday + stats, international incentive trips, rewards and recognition
