Junior Account Manager – Asset Finance Brokerage

Full-time | In-person | Aspley Guise, Milton Keynes

Salary: £27,500 base + commission (£40k OTE in Year 1, expected to grow year-on-year, commissions uncapped)

About the Role

We’re a fast-growing asset finance brokerage working across all asset types—vehicles, machinery, and more. We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to drive client generation through cold calling, introducer management, and proactive sales.

This is a hands-on, high-impact sales role: you’ll build your own network, manage relationships, and help clients access the right finance solutions. You’ll also gain exposure to the full sales process in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

• Generate new business through cold calling and outreach
• Build and manage relationships with introducers and clients
• Identify client needs and match them to appropriate finance solutions
• Maintain CRM and manage pipeline reporting
• Work closely with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets

• Junior level or first sales role welcome; some experience a plus
• Energetic, resilient, and results-driven
• Professional and articulate with strong communication skills
• Motivated to build and maintain a personal sales network
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Full exposure to the complete asset finance sales cycle
• Supportive team and mentoring to help you grow
• Base salary of £27,500 with £40k OTE in Year 1, earnings expected to grow year-on-year, commissions uncapped
