Key Account Manager // Fast-Growing Food Business // £60,000 + Car Allowance // Home-Based
My client has been quietly building something special - landing major national wholesale accounts and growing fast. Now they need the right person to own those relationships and take them to the next level.
You'll report directly to the MD, work with a tight-knit passionate team, and have real autonomy from day one. No hand-holding. No politics. Just the chance to make a genuine impact at a business with serious momentum.
What you'll do
- Own and grow a portfolio of major wholesale accounts, building senior relationships and developing joint business plans
- Work closely with the MD on commercial strategy and account development
- Collaborate with Marketing and NPD to bring new products and initiatives to market
What you'll need
- Experience in food or drink - this is essential, not a nice to have
- A solid understanding of the wholesale channel and how buying decisions are made
- Evidence of growing key accounts, not just managing them
- Someone who is ambitious, self-sufficient and thrives working with autonomy
