We’re hiring: Account Manager (Full Commerce) – London / Hybrid
SMP is looking for an Account Manager to support the growth of a major global tech brand across the full commerce landscape.
This is a client-facing role with real ownership. You’ll lead day-to-day relationships, help drive Amazon launches and retail activations, and work closely with creative and media teams to deliver joined-up commerce solutions across multiple consumer touchpoints.
What you’ll do
- Lead day-to-day client relationships with confidence and professionalism
- Manage key commerce workstreams across Amazon and wider retail channels
- Support the delivery of new product launches and high-impact campaigns
- Identify growth opportunities across channels and help drive account development
- Collaborate with internal creative and media teams to deliver best-in-class work
What we’re looking for
- 1+ years’ experience in an agency-side Account Management or Client Success role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A genuine interest in retail, ecommerce and the Amazon ecosystem
- A proactive, commercially minded approach
- Based in London or the Home Counties, with flexibility to work in a hybrid model
