We’re hiring: Account Manager (Full Commerce) – London / Hybrid

SMP is looking for an Account Manager to support the growth of a major global tech brand across the full commerce landscape.

This is a client-facing role with real ownership. You’ll lead day-to-day relationships, help drive Amazon launches and retail activations, and work closely with creative and media teams to deliver joined-up commerce solutions across multiple consumer touchpoints.

What you’ll do

  • Lead day-to-day client relationships with confidence and professionalism
  • Manage key commerce workstreams across Amazon and wider retail channels
  • Support the delivery of new product launches and high-impact campaigns
  • Identify growth opportunities across channels and help drive account development
  • Collaborate with internal creative and media teams to deliver best-in-class work

What we’re looking for

  • 1+ years’ experience in an agency-side Account Management or Client Success role
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A genuine interest in retail, ecommerce and the Amazon ecosystem
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach
  • Based in London or the Home Counties, with flexibility to work in a hybrid model
