Job description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Pop-Up Store Manager to lead our London retail pop-up for the summer season.


This is a unique opportunity to represent a luxury resortwear brand in an intimate, customer-focused environment, delivering an exceptional in-store experience while driving sales performance.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of the pop-up store

• Deliver a high level of personalised customer service aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning

• Drive sales and maximise conversion through strong product knowledge and client engagement

• Manage and support a small team of sales assistants, including rota planning and training

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is presented to a premium level at all times

• Oversee stock management, replenishment, and daily reporting

• Handle customer queries and resolve any issues with professionalism


Profile

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Sales Associate in a premium or luxury retail environment

• Strong sales skills with a confident, client-focused approach

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Highly organised, proactive, and hands-on

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, small team environment

• Flexible availability, including weekends
