NORTHERN UK SALES REPRESENTATIVE – GIRO, BELL, CAMELBAK & FOX RACING

Revelyst is a collective of makers who design and manufacture performance gear and precision technologies. Our brands — Giro, Bell, Camelbak and Fox Racing — are leaders in cycling and outdoor, delivering premium products to riders and enthusiasts worldwide.


We are looking for a driven, autonomous and results-oriented Sales Representative to manage and grow our business across the Northern United Kingdom.

This is a field-based role requiring strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills and a passion for the cycling industry. You will spend 4 days per week on the road visiting accounts and 1 day working from home.

The main tasks of the position are:


The Northern UK Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing dealer relationships and strengthening brand presence across the territory.


Sales & Revenue Growth

• Drive sales across Giro, Bell, Camelbak and Fox Racing through proactive outbound selling

• Maximize revenue and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory

• Manage both Pre-Book and At-Once sales cycles through customer visits, calls and email

• Execute seasonal sales campaigns and drive product adoption across accounts


Account Management

• Manage, develop and service a portfolio of accounts across Northern UK

• Build strong, long-term relationships with dealers and key stakeholders

• Maintain consistent, responsive and professional communication with accounts

• Identify growth opportunities based on regional trends and customer needs


Product & Merchandising

• Deliver seasonal range presentations and product training to dealers

• Stay up to date on product developments, market trends and competitor activity

• Identify product opportunities based on inventory, demand and local market insights

• Drive sell-in and sell-through through strong merchandising and planning

Collaboration & Reporting


• Keep the Senior UK & Ireland Country Manager informed of opportunities, risks and support needs

• Actively participate in sales meetings and contribute market insights

• Collaborate with Product, Sales and internal teams to improve commercial performance


Position requirements:

Qualifications:


• 3–5 years of experience in retail, inside sales, customer service or field sales

Cycling industry experience is essential

• Strong understanding of cycling products, market trends and dealer landscape

• Ability to create and deliver impactful sales and range presentations

• Strong commercial and financial awareness

• Proven ability to negotiate and influence outcomes

• Experience delivering high levels of customer service

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and work autonomously

• Strong communication skills (in-person, phone and email)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)

• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, including overnight stays

• Full, clean UK driving license
