Reebok Europe is seeking a commercially minded Sales Operations & Customer Service Executive/Assistant to take ownership of the Amazon account, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.


You will act as Amazon’s primary service contact, while also supporting the wider Sales Operations & Customer Service Team to maintain smooth order flow, strong communication, and operational accuracy across the business.


This role suits someone detail-driven, organised, proactive, and confident dealing with fast-moving e-commerce environments. You will work cross-functionally with Logistics, Sales, Operations and Warehouse teams, ensuring orders are processed correctly, deadlines are met, and customer expectations are delivered consistently.



Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary customer-service contact for Amazon
  • Build and maintain working relationships with Amazon contacts
  • Produce order books aligned with customer needs and business targets
  • Enter orders as required and manage customer data sets (pricing, SKUs, VAS)
  • Work closely with Sales, Logistics & Operations to resolve issues and ensure smooth order flow
  • Analyse orderbooks, flag risks and delays, communicate solutions
  • Validate orders and ensure accuracy ahead of shipment windows
  • Support warehouse allocation and coordinate on fulfilment timelines
  • Communicate with customers regularly – occasionally including onsite visits
  • Monitor fulfilment KPIs and customer satisfaction levels
  • Assist with pricing, credits, invoices, terms and process questions
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues and propose process improvements
  • Attend training where needed and support special projects when assigned
  • Scope may evolve based on business needs and market conditions



Profile

  • Amazon experience essential
  • 1–2 years general office experience
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • STYLEman beneficial (not essential)
  • Confident communicator – written & verbal
  • Organised, proactive, customer-first mindset
  • Strong attention to detail
