£40,000pa + OTE

Due to continued growth, my client is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong broker or introducer network experience to support their expanding business. This is a field-based role and requires someone with a Full UK drivers license and you own car.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and grow relationships with brokers and introducers
• Field based client meetings to grow strong connections
• Leverage your existing network to establish new partnerships
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
• Maintain and strengthen existing relationships to maximise engagement
• Represent the business professionally within the wider market

About You:

• An established broker or introducer network
• 2-3 years’ experience in business development or relationship management
• Full UK Driving licence and happy to be field based
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
