STORE MANAGER – LUXURY FRAGRANCE

KNIGHTSBRIDGE | MULTI-BOUTIQUE | FULL-TIME

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and drive sales performance across three boutique locations
• Elevate in-store client experience through strong clienteling and service standards
• Lead and develop teams to consistently achieve and exceed KPIs
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners to enhance brand presence

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience as a Boutique Manager or Store Manager within luxury retail
• Strong commercial awareness with a hands-on, sales-driven mindset
• Proven ability to build client relationships and drive repeat business
• Confident, polished, and able to act as a true brand ambassador
