ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER – LUXURY FASHION

FULL-TIME | KNIGHTSBRIDGE, LONDON

OFFERING:

• Competitive salary up to £55,000–£65,000 (DOE)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Store Manager in delivering overall commercial performance and boutique excellence
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 8–10 to consistently exceed sales targets and service expectations
• Drive VIP clienteling strategies, including appointments, private styling, and in-store experiences
• Oversee daily operations, including stock management, VM standards, and operational efficiency
• Support P&L performance through strong commercial awareness and KPI management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Department Manager within luxury fashion retail
• Proven success in driving sales performance within a premium or luxury boutique environment
• Confident in clienteling, VIP management, and building long-term client relationships
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams
• Commercially driven with a strong understanding of RTW collections, fashion trends, and luxury service standards
