THE COMPANY: Dynamic "disruptive" manufacturer growing in the UK and globally. They supply high-quality, cost-effective products for surgical wounds, with strong NHS presence. The team delivers approved training to clinicians. The UK team is passionate about team work, product knowledge and education and they deliver approved training to NHS clinicians as part of their role.

THE ROLE: The role involves consultative sales, facilitating product trial and evaluations, leading clinical education sessions and building a network of relationships in hospitals. You will be well trained on products and NHS sales process if not from a surgical background. The Sales Executive has the opportunity to take this area to a top performing region as there are some flagship hospitals and a strengthened portfolio and offering to customers. Typical customer contact points include working with Theatre Managers, Theatre Nurses, Surgeons, Consultants, ODPS, A&E Nurses and procurement teams.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:

· Hardworking. Happy in theatres - not squeamish! High performing sales person with passion

· A sales driven candidate from either medical devices, healthcare or related industry

· Previous experience as a clinician who wants to progress into sales

· Full driving licence and happy travelling daily to see customers.

THE PACKAGE: £40-55k basic, £22k OTE, £600 p/m car allowance or EV, healthcare, pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday
