- Track market trends, competitor activity, and category dynamics to sharpen strategy
Key Responsibilities
- Account Leadership – Own strategic accounts and deliver sustainable, long-term growth
- New Business Development – Identify, target, and convert new opportunities across Foodservice and B2B

- NPD Collaboration – Work with internal teams to bring tailored new product solutions to market
- Performance Management – Manage pipeline, sales performance, and account metrics with rigour
- Cross-Functional Delivery – Align internal teams to deliver best-in-class customer outcomes
Candidate Requirements
We are seeking a commercially driven National Account Manager with a proven track record in Foodservice, B2B, or FMCG environments.
You will bring:
- A proven track record in National Account Management within Foodservice, B2B, wholesale, or food manufacturing
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder customer relationships
- Strong commercial acumen across pricing, negotiation, and P&L management
- The ability to build and deliver compelling commercial proposals at senior level
- Confidence operating at senior levels within customer organisations
- A proactive, results-focused, and entrepreneurial mindset
- A passion for food and drink, with experience in a relevant FMCG category
Why This Role?
- A globally backed business with strong, sustained UK growth and a clear commercial agenda
- Real ownership of a commercially significant and actively expanding account base
- A broad, technically strong product portfolio — genuinely competitive across the category
- A collaborative, open, and high-performing team culture
- A business built on quality, sustainability, and long-term customer partnerships
- Attractive salary and benefits package with genuine autonomy and clear progression
