Location: RugbyHours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
Contract: Long-term supply (with potential temp-to-perm)

We're looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist educational setting in Rugby, supporting learners with a range of additional needs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support
• Assisting with learning, engagement and personal development
• Working alongside teaching staff to create a safe, inclusive environment

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in SEN, care, support work, or education
• A patient, resilient and supportive approach
• Reliability and commitment to the hours listed
