We are recruiting experienced PCV Coach Drivers for full-time, long-term work operating scheduled coach services. This role offers consistent hours, high weekly earning potential, and stable employment for professional drivers who are fully flexible and customer focused.

This is an excellent opportunity for drivers seeking regular work of up to 60 hours per week, with varied duties and long shifts.

Driver Highlights

Pay Rates

PAYE

• Weekday: £16.40 per hour
• Weekend: £17.00 per hour
• Bank Holiday: £20.00 per hour

PAYE with Rolled-Up Holiday Pay

• Weekday: £18.38 per hour
• Weekend: £19.05 per hour
• Bank Holiday: £22.41 per hour

Driver Requirements

• Minimum 2 years coach driving experience
• Full Category D (PCV) Licence
• Valid CPC
• Valid Digital Tacho Card
• Enhanced DBS required (can be applied for once started)
• Good command of English and confident communicating with passengers
• Courteous, professional, and customer-focused manner
• Fully flexible to work a full-time rota including weekends and bank holidays
