HGV Class 2 (Category C) Driver Monday to Friday StokeTemp to Perm | No Nights Out | Immediate Starts Available

Looking for consistent weekday work with no nights out and the opportunity to secure a permanent £34,000 salary?

Were recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 (C) Drivers for a well-established client in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stability, competitive pay, and a great work-life balance.

The Role

• Monday to Friday only

• No nights out

• Start time approx. 06:30am 3:00pm finish

• Average 42 hours per week

• Mainly multidrop deliveries

• Offloading with FLT support (some manual handling may be required)

• Minimum 8 hours paid per shift

This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers who value routine, local work, and being home every evening.

Pay & Progression

First 12 Weeks (Temp Period):

• £14.75 per hour

• Weekly pay

After 12 Weeks (Permanent):

• £34,000 per annum

• Pension scheme

• Full-time position

What Were Looking For

• Full UK Category C Licence (held minimum 2 years)

• Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card

• No more than 6 minor points

• Strong understanding of driver hours & Working Time Directive

• Good geographical knowledge

• Professional, reliable, customer-focused attitude
