Junior Graphic Designer – 12‑Month Contract (Inside IR35)

Location: London — Hybrid (3 days in office)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating digital and print assets for high‑profile pharmaceutical events
• Designing event branding, marketing collateral, web graphics, and more
• Delivering fast, high-quality adaptations for ongoing campaigns
• Keeping everything on-brand and consistent across the portfolio
• Juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Working closely with senior designers who will guide, mentor, and review your work
• Staying organised with file management and time tracking

What You’ll Bring

• 1–2 years’ experience in graphic design
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience designing for both print and digital
• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to follow direction
• Solid organisational and time management skills
• A collaborative, positive, can‑do attitude

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with Figma
• Basic motion graphics abilities
• Curiosity about AI design tools

Contract: 12 months

Status: Inside IR35

Hybrid: 3 days per week in the London office
