The Junior UX/UI Designer role exists to create sophisticated, industry-leading interfaces that solve complex navigation and engagement challenges for our global audience. This role sits at the front line of design, ensuring that data and engagement metrics are used alongside aesthetic appeal to make our digital platforms successful.

You will support the senior design team in delivering high-fidelity visuals and intuitive workflows that help our clients showcase their brands through webinars, white papers, and digital magazines. This is a role for a creative who understands that data and engagement metrics are just as important as aesthetic appeal in making a digital platform successful.

This role exists to:Support the senior design team in delivering high-fidelity visuals and intuitive workflows.Help our clients showcase their brands through webinars, white papers, and digital magazines.Ensure brand consistency across all global industry portfolios through the maintenance of our design system.Execute the design roadmap across weekly and monthly sprints.

Key ResponsibilitiesBuilding the Product ExperienceSupport the design lifecycle from initial wireframes and prototypes to final UI handoff.Work closely with the development team to deliver on daily tasks and project milestones.Manage and maintain the design system to ensure brand consistency.Participate in the QA process for new features to ensure high standards are met.Data-Driven DesignInterpret data from Salesforce and other analytics platforms to inform design decisions.Understand the 'Sector Strategy' to help execute the design roadmap.Collaboration and CommunicationPresent design rationales and technical constraints clearly to the management team.Stay curious about the latest UX/UI trends to represent the design team as a rising talent.

What Great Looks LikeThe ideal Junior UX/UI Designer:Is a creative who understands that data is as important as aesthetics.Is technically curious and eager to master lead-generation workflows.Operates with a solid understanding of how designs translate into code.Is a confident presenter who can articulate complex B2B solutions.

Skills and ExperienceProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong skills in building interactive prototypes.Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Duda.co, Leadpages).Understanding of how designs translate into HTML, CSS, and JS.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Experience with Rive.Experience interpreting Salesforce or analytics data.Interest in B2B solutions and lead-generation campaigns.A high-impact role in one of the UK's fastest-growing media businessesVisibility and influence across senior leadership and commercial teamsThe opportunity to shape how data drives growth at scaleExposure to global brands, platforms and flagship eventsA fast-paced environment with real scope for progressionOur Culture
