Global Postgraduate Program (m/f/d)Danfoss invites you to join our two-year Global Postgraduate Program – a structured career accelerator designed to develop future leaders across engineering, operations, digital, and sustainability domains. Through rotational assignments, you will drive our strategic priorities, build industry expertise, and contribute to innovative solutions that benefit people and the planet.
How the Program WorksStarting 1st September 2026, you'll complete three 8‐month rotations, each designed to broaden your experience and strengthen your leadership skills. Your journey starts at our headquarters in Nordborg or Graasten, Denmark, and continues in the USA, China, India, or Europe. You'll work in cross‐functional teams— from office spaces to production floors—gaining a full picture of how global business, innovation, and sustainability connect at Danfoss.

Solve real business challenges across functions like Engineering, Operations & Supply Chain, or Digital & IT.
Collaborate with experts, mentors, and peers from all over the world.
Lead projects that make tangible improvements in performance and sustainability.

What We're Looking For
Completed a Master's degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or mechatronics), Supply Chain, IT, or Economics, with graduation in 2025 or 2026.
Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken.
Enjoy learning, exploring new ideas, and improving how things work.
Work well across cultures and value inclusion, teamwork, and respect.
Have some international experience, internship, or student project that shows your drive and curiosity.
