Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and passionate Public Relations & Media Specialist to help amplify the fair groupmission and enhance our media presence. The ideal candidate will be experienced in public relations, a strong storyteller, and capable of building relationships with key media contacts.

Responsibilities :

Develop and execute public relations strategies to increase brand visibility and awareness.

Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and compelling brand stories.

Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media professionals across TV, radio, podcasts, and online publications.

Monitor and respond to media inquiries, coordinating interviews with company representatives.

Research and identify opportunities for media coverage, guest articles, and speaking engagements.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Track and analyze media coverage, providing insights for continuous improvement.

QualificationsRequired :

Proven experience in public relations, communications, or media outreach.

Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging narratives.

Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred :

Experience working with healthcare or mental health brands (not essential).

Knowledge of current mental health trends and challenges.
