This is a care assistant role at Kippingtons Nursing Home, a 55-bed residential, nursing, and dementia care facility in Sevenoaks, Kent. The role involves providing compassionate care and support to residents in their everyday lives, working 42 hours per week with alternating weekend shifts.Main duties of the job As a care assistant, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and social engagement. You will work closely with the nursing and care team to ensure residents' needs are met and their wellbeing is prioritized.
