This role will primarily involve handling a high volume of inbound calls with an exceptional level of customer service and assisting with administrative tasks and emails to support our operations.Key responsibilities Record accurately the first notification of loss following a motor traffic accidentDeal with telephony enquiry from Customers, Repairers, Clients and Third Parties with the agreed service levelsManage queries presented during that inbound enquiry to conclusion, only escalating where necessaryAssist with administrative tasks and emailsUsing MRN's bespoke software and databases to record, update and maintain information relating to each claimManage own workload, prioritising each day and ensuring any tasks are completeProvide accurate updates to team managers and customers as requiredEnsure that all SLA's are met and exceededSkills and experience Excellent customer service and communication SkillsAbility to handle a high volume of calls dailyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to manage own time and workloadStrong multitasking abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyExperience of working in a target driven environment desirableExperience within the insurance and claims industry desirableBenefits 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)Personal health cash plan – claim back the cost of things like dentist and optical check upsEnhanced maternity / paternity / adoption / shared parental payLife assurance: three times basic salaryFree breakfasts and fruitBirthday surprise for everybody!What you can expect from us At Activate Group, looking after team members is a major priority.
