Job description
I'm looking for a Junior Sous Chef for a prestigious catering company, to work in a multi-outlet retail and hospitality site. You'll be working in different sections and different kitchens as needed acting as a chef tournant and will collaborate with the Head Chef in running kitchen operations, managing staff, keeping food safety and health and safety compliance on track, playing a key role in hospitality event.
Ideally you will be familiar with most of the following:
Hospitality events
Fine dining
Pizza
Pastry
