Overview Join Alcedo Care as Complex Care Assistant in St Asaph and surrounding areas.Excellent rates of pay £14.75 - £15.25 PLUS Pension PLUS Holiday Pay (equating to a rolled up pay rate of £16.53 to £17.09) Expected average hours - 20 to 40 hours plus per week. Shifts are flexible where possible and we also have opportunities for short shifts or 12-hour shifts days or nights.Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex health needs, including spinal injuries, respiratory conditions, neurological disorders and mental health. You'll be fully supported with expert training and competency sign-off from our in-house team of Registered Nurses and our training team.Assist with specialist care such as PEG, suction and tracheostomy support, as well as medication administration, mobility, meal preparation and household tasks.Support clients to maintain independence and quality of life in their own homes.Qualifications & Requirements At least 3 months of hands-on care experience in a UK care setting or familial support.Full UK driving licence, be medically fit to drive, and willing to undertake checks in line with company policy.Benefits & Training Paid training following successful completion of 1 week's work.Enhanced bank holiday rates and extra earnings through referral scheme (£250 for every successful referral).Mileage contribution for drivers.Flexible working hours (full-time, part-time and casual).Access to our Employee Assistance Programme for 24/7 wellbeing support.Rising Stars development; fully funded NVQs and mentoring.Proud member of the Disability Confident employer scheme.About Alcedo Care Alcedo Care are proudly recognised as a Top 20 Rated Home Care Group for the past six years.
