Responsibilities

Provide exceptional support in Danish and English through chats, emails, and calls.

Advises clients and partners on flights, products, prices, fares, and services, playing a key role in our client's success.

Identify client needs and proactively suggest solutions.

Assist customers with travel‐related issues.

Requirements

Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken (C1 level preferred).

Positive attitude and love for communicating with customers and colleagues.

Experience in customer service and CRM tools is a plus but not required.
