Job SummaryCare in My Home is recruiting Care Assistants in Harlow with driving skills for a Home Care role. Candidates must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a personal vehicle; mileage is paid in full. The role offers Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) switch visa opportunities for suitable applicants.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high‐quality personal care, including assistance with dressing, bathing, and medication administration.
Prepare meals, assist with light cleaning and laundry, and shop for groceries.
Accompany clients to medical appointments and manage transport between client homes.
Provide companionship and support with social activities.
Maintain accurate records and complete DBS checks as required.
Work flexible hours ranging from 7 am, including full‐time, part‐time, weekend, morning, and evening shifts.
