Customer AdvisorLocation: B&Q Cannock Wood, England, United Kingdom

Hours: Various hours available up to 27.5 hours per week, shifts Monday - Sunday 7:00am – 10:00pm. Permanent contract.

Hourly rate: Notional £12.71 per hour.

What's the job?

Become an expert advisor and guide customers on home improvement projects.

Drive sales while managing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring the store looks great.

Receive training in paint‐mixing and cutting timber.

Deliver excellent customer service as the main aim.

What We Need

Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about home improvement.

Eager to learn and willing to use new technology and ways of working.

Team player, flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
