Trainee Project Manager

We are now seeking a Trainee Project Manager to join our growing team at our Newbridge facility , Edinburgh This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to start or advance their career in project management within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The RoleAs a Trainee Project Manager , you'll work closely with senior project managers and site teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver concrete and precast construction projects from design to completion. You'll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of project delivery, including:

Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Supporting communication between design, production, and site teams.

Coordinating delivery and installation of precast elements on-site.

Monitoring progress and ensuring work meets quality, safety, and programme requirements.

Preparing project documentation, reports, and progress updates.

Learning how to manage budgets, timelines, and client relationships effectively.

This role provides full on-the-job training and mentoring, designed to develop your technical knowledge, leadership skills, and commercial awareness — preparing you for future progression into a Project Manager role.

We're looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

A good communicator who enjoys teamwork and problem-solving.

Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Familiar with Microsoft Office and ideally some exposure to project management or CAD software (training provided).

Full driving licence preferred (site travel may be required).
