Freelance Junior Designer (Website, Marketing & Social) Website & Content (Contentful)Create and update website content using a content management system, following existing design systemsEmail & NewslettersDesign and build marketing newsletters and flows using established templatesAdapt campaign messaging into email-friendly layoutsPrepare imagery and assets for email (correct sizing, formats, accessibility basics)Support A/B testing visuals and subject line treatments where requiredDesign social media assets (static posts, carousels, stories) across platformsAdapt campaign creative for different formats and placementsCreate motion assets or animated elements (where relevant)Brand & Design SupportApply brand guidelines consistently across all outputsUse existing design systems, templates and component librariesWork closely with marketing and content teams to deliver briefsApply feedback and iterate designs efficientlyOrganise and maintain design files and shared asset librariesSupport senior designer with day-to-day design tasks as needed
