Full Time/ Masters Placement Available

Location : Onsite - Barking, London

Working Hours : 10 am to 6 pm UK time

Monday to Friday (Full Time)

Salary : ( £13.00 hourly Plus Lucrative Sales Commission )

For Placement: Commission Based Income (No Salary)

What We Are Looking For

Experience : Minimum 1 year in telesales, customer service, or educational consultancy, preferably within recruitment or higher education.

Skills:

Communication : Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Organization : Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively.

Adaptability : Able to manage tasks under pressure and solve problems efficiently.

Teamwork : Collaborative team player with solid interpersonal skills.

Technical: Know-how in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and familiar with social media marketing tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Email marketing).

Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students through consistent engagement via calls, emails, and follow-ups.

Strategically manage leads by making outbound calls and following up on inquiries to convert them into successful enrollments.

Handle telemarketing activities, including cold calling and chasing potential students, to generate and nurture leads.

Draft and send follow-up emails to provide detailed information and address queries, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for students.

Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving lead conversion rates and achieving enrollment targets.

Monitor and update lead databases, tracking progress and identifying opportunities for enhanced engagement and outreach.

We will provide all necessary documentation and assessment support required for placement, with the opportunity for a permanent position based on performance.
