OverviewVery well known and very successful British Fashion Brand!

We are seeking a Junior Womenswear Designer with a focus on Tops to support the Head of Design in reflecting the creative vision of the brand and delivering the commercial strategy of the business plan.

Responsibilities

Design Top categories and support on all other design categories as needed

Conceptualize the Tops range and pull together seasonal research

Source fabrics within the department and gain sales momentum on above categories

Complete spec sheets and technical packs, attend fit sessions, and manage the critical path

Work closely with various teams to maintain consistency of quality and fit across the product range

Assist backstage at the showing of the latest collection

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in womenswear woven category

Ability to sketch by hand & with computer, experience with PLM or PDM

Proficiency in 3D work, CAD, eye for prints, textiles & embroideries/embellishment

Pro‐active, flexible, and able to work in a fast‐paced environment

Day‐to‐dayThe Junior Womenswear Designer will be responsible for designing, sourcing fabrics, attending fit sessions, and managing the critical path to ensure effective and timely sign off process.
