Caddy Comps is the UK's leading Online Golf Competition operator, we're all about turning big dreams into even bigger wins.
The RoleWe're searching for a Customer Service Representative to support in maintaining our 5* user experience at scale!
The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer experience and excited to own this pivotal area of a rapidly scaling business. They will take an interest in optimising processes and will be up to date with the best tools on the market to do so!
They will likely take an interest in other areas of the business such as logistics, digital marketing and will be technically savvy and open to adopting new technology.
The role is rota based, with one in three weekends worked, and a blend of daytime or afternoon/evening shifts. The role is Hybrid, with weekend and evening shifts worked from home, and Monday - Thursday daytime shifts in the office.
Tasks
Ownership of end to end winner communication
Communication with vendors & suppliers
Follow ups on shipping, pre-orders, warranty claims and other chases
Optimisation of our visual merchandising and online shopfront
Requirements
Prior customer service experience with a passion for creating 5* memorable experiences for customers!
Willing to work flexible hours with evening and weekend shifts required.
Experience/interest in Golf preferred but not required
