About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Investor Relations Analyst to join a global Wealth Investor Relations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain exposure to wealth fundraising, client servicing, and private markets investing within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

You'll support the 12-person Wealth-focused Investor Relations team across fundraising, investor reporting, due diligence, and relationship management activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing marketing materials, pitchbooks, presentations, and fund documentation.

Support responses to RFPs, DDQs, and ad hoc investor information requests.

Maintain and update fundraising trackers and CRM systems.

Investor Reporting & Communications

Assist with the preparation and distribution of quarterly and annual investor reports.

Compile portfolio performance data and ensure consistency across reporting materials.

Draft investor communications, capital call notices, and distribution notices.

Support ESG and impact reporting where applicable.

Respond to investor queries in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain investor records and ensure accurate documentation.

Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and annual general meetings (AGMs).

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with Investment, Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams to gather information for investor communications.

Ensure all external communications comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree; flexible on subject but naturally Finance or Economics-related would be a good fit.

0–2 years' experience in investor relations, asset management, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a related financial services role.

Private markets experience / exposure, particularly in Private Equity, is advantageous.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Professional, client-focused mindset.

Highly motivated and proactive.

Strong team player with a collaborative approach.

Discreet and capable of handling confidential information.

Interest in private markets and long-term investing.
